1. What size storage units do you offer?

2. How secure is the site?
Our site is protected with CCTV monitoring, robust steel containers, and heavy-duty locks to keep your belongings safe and secure.
3. What can I store in my unit?
You can store household goods, business stock, tools, equipment, furniture, and more. We don’t allow hazardous materials, illegal items, perishable food, or live animals.
4. How do I book a unit?
Simply get in touch via phone, live chat, or our online form. We’ll check availability, answer your questions, and help set up your rental.
5. How long can I rent a unit for?
We offer flexible short- and long-term rentals — from a month to as long as you need. No long-term commitment required!
6. When can I access my unit?
You’ll have access during our opening hours, which we’ll confirm when you sign up. We aim to provide convenient access times to suit your needs.
7. How do I pay for my unit?
We accept payments by bank transfer or card on a monthly basis. We’ll explain all payment details when you set up your rental.
8. Do you provide padlocks?
Yes, we can supply a heavy-duty padlock, or you’re welcome to use your own approved lock.
